OnePlus 15 And Ace 6 Launched With Snapdragon Chips, 165Hz Displays, And Massive Batteries

OnePlus has officially unveiled two new flagship smartphones — the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Ace 6 — for the Asian market. Both models feature cutting-edge Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, 165 Hz LTPO AMOLED displays, and large silicon-carbon batteries exceeding 7,000 mAh. The announcement confirms major upgrades in design, performance, and charging technology compared to their predecessors.

OnePlus 15

The OnePlus 15 introduces a completely redesigned body with flat edges and a rectangular camera module replacing the previous circular design. The triple rear camera system includes three 50 MP sensors: a wide lens with optical image stabilization (OIS), a periscope telephoto lens offering 3.5x optical zoom with OIS, and an ultrawide lens with a 116° field of view. The front camera is 32 MP, optimized for selfies.

The device features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 165 Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass protection. Unlike the curved screen of the previous generation, the new model adopts a flat glass design.

Powering the phone is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, combined with up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. The 7,300 mAh silicon-carbon battery supports 120 W wired and 50 W wireless fast charging. The device runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 out of the box.

OnePlus Ace 6

The OnePlus Ace 6, expected to launch globally as the OnePlus 15R, also adopts the new visual language with a rectangular dual-camera module. It features a 50 MP main camera with OIS and an 8 MP ultrawide lens (112° field of view, up to 20x digital zoom). The front camera offers 16 MP with an f/2.4 aperture.

It has a 6.83-inch LTPO AMOLED display (1272 x 2800 pixels) with a 165 Hz refresh rate and a 93.6% screen-to-body ratio. Inside, it houses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme chipset, up to 16 GB RAM, and 1 TB storage. The 7,800 mAh silicon-carbon battery supports 120 W wired charging, though wireless charging is not available.

Both models run Android 16 with ColorOS 16.

Pricing and Availability

Initially launching in China, the OnePlus 15 will be available on October 28 in Sand Dunes (gold), Absolute Black, and Matte Purple. The OnePlus Ace 6 (15R) will come in Mercury (gray), Flash White, and Black.
