Google unveiled the Pixel 10a earlier this month, and while it borrows heavily from the Pixel 9a, it’s still a compelling upgrade for some users, especially if you’re coming from an older A-series phone like the Pixel 6a or 7a, or if you’re considering jumping into the Pixel world for the first time.
If you’ve been on the fence about pre-ordering one, this Amazon deal might be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
Right now, when you pre-order a Google Pixel 10a on Amazon, you’ll get a free $100 Amazon gift card with it at no extra cost. The promo applies to all four Pixel 10a colors — Berry, Fog, Lavender, and Obsidian — and both storage options: the 128GB model for $500 and the 256GB model for $600.
The offer runs through March 11, and Amazon says it’s available while supplies last. So if you’re considering an upgrade to the Pixel 10a and would like a free $100 to spend on Amazon, this pre-order deal is definitely worth considering. You can check it out below.

The Pixel 10a is a mid-range Android smartphone from Google with a Tensor G4 processor, a 6.3-inch OLED display panel, and a 5,100mAh battery capacity.
What makes the Pixel 10a different from the Pixel 9a?
The display is brighter, and it charges faster
It’s no secret that the Pixel 10a looks almost identical to the Pixel 9a, and the two phones share a lot in common. Both are powered by Google’s Tensor G4 chipset, feature 8GB of RAM, and have a 6.3-inch AMOLED display.
Where the Pixel 10a pulls ahead is brightness. Its display reaches up to 2,000 nits in HDR with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, which is about 11 percent brighter than the Pixel 9a, which tops out at 1,800 nits in HDR and 2,700 nits peak brightness.
The rear camera hardware remains unchanged. Both the Pixel 10a and 9a pair a 48-megapixel wide-angle lens with a 13-megapixel ultrawide lens. The design, however, has changed. The Pixel 9a’s rear camera bump was nearly flush but still had a slight protrusion. The Pixel 10a’s rear camera is completely flush with the back of the phone, eliminating the subtle wobble when it’s on a table.
Battery capacity is also the same at 5,100mAh, but the Pixel 10a has a faster wired charging speed of 30W compared to the Pixel 9a’s 23W.
Overall, if you already have a Pixel 9a, the Pixel 10a is an easy skip. But if you’re coming from an older A-series device like the Pixel 6a, 7a, or 8a, the Pixel 10a could be a worthwhile upgrade, and with this Amazon pre-order deal, which includes a free $100 gift card, it’s even more tempting.
