Why You’ll Love These Chocolate Chip Butter Swim Biscuits
If you have followed our site for any amount of time, you know we love butter swim biscuits. They are so easy to make, come together quickly and are super versatile. So we know you will love this extra sweet version! The chocolate chips and the glaze really take this recipe up a notch and it’s delicious with coffee. I think this could even be a dessert.
Swaps You Could Make
You could easily switch up the chips in this recipe! Use peanut butter chips, vanilla or even butterscotch. A combination of peanut butter and chocolate would also be delicious. You don’t have to use the glaze if you don’t want but we loved it.

TIP
We all agreed these were great fresh out of the oven, and if you have leftovers, it would be best to probably reheat them in the oven. Sometimes the microwave heat will dry them out some.
